Roscoe’s Smoked Bar-B-Que is a locally Family/Veteran owned and operated Food Truck. It was given life after years of watching my “God given Mom” {Ms. Joyce Davis} in the kitchen cooking up great meals for our family. I sat around cookouts all over this fine land. watching the man I called Dad work his magic on the grill every time I came to visit. In 2011 I volunteered to help at an event called Fifty Forward Fundraiser. Serving smoked BBQ to the community of Donaldson, we served up some of the best pulled pork and BBQ chicken with sides and drinks to over 5000+ folks. I became hooked and it was time to open up my 1st BBQ Food Trailer which later would help me purchase our now Food Truck! It was time to serve the masses.

7 years of serving (US Navy) our great country, combined with 15 years of Hospitality Management has given me the experience needed to open and operate Roscoe’s Smoked Bar-B-Que, Family/Veteran Owned and Operated mobile concession food truck. Cooking has been a life long passion of mine. I attended classes at Auguste Escoffier Culinary School of Art. This training has given me a broader range and better understanding of the culinary world, to include BBQ!

One thing I can say for sure, when you smell the “Hickory Smoke” rest assure you’re in for a treat of smoked goodness!, No matter what you purchase from our truck or have at a catered event, your taste buds will be in for a treat and thank you!

The flavor will keep you coming back wanting more. Our sides made fresh, and the over baked mac-n-cheese, well you will have to just find us to see what folks are raving about! Everything is made with Love! Come see us!
